Channels

Teacher Communication

You can contact your child’s teacher directly through:

  • The Parent Portal. 
  • Scheduled parent-teacher meetings (each term).
  • Class notices and homework diaries.
  • School-issued contact cards (Grade R–7).

If unsure, email admin@janeprimary.edu.za and we’ll direct your message to the correct teacher. 

After-Care Programme Support

Our after-care programme supports working families with extended supervision and activities after school hours.

After-Care Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 17:30 
  • Activities include: Supervised homework, arts, snacks, outdoor play
